This unit is beachside and would suit someone quiet and respectful, not a party house. The on site management does not tolerate noise.
Rent includes wifi and water. We would just split the monthly power bill.
The room is fully furnished with a built in robe. Can remove the desk/bedside tables if needed.
Aircon in the lounge room, fans through out.
Plenty of parking on the street.
The complex has two pools, a sauna and game room. Across the road from a bar and the beach.
Sorry no pets or smoking allowed.
