1x bedroom with an inbuilt mirror wardrobe and can be fully furnished or unfurnished up to your discretion – $250 per week
*Shared Amenities: bathroom (includes shower, sink, vanity cupboards and bath), toilet is in a separate room with door.
*Bathroom will be yours majority of the time only when a guest is over they might use the toilet
Communal areas: Kitchen and scullery, dining room, Tv Room, laundry, alfresco/backyard, theatre room, (plenty of space for study desks if need be) we have fridge space available as well
Supplied: basic kitchenware/utensils, laundry machine, dryer and dishwasher.
All bills divided equally by the number of occupants within the home.
Electricity (solar panels installed which aid in the cost)
Gas, Water
Internet included with rent
if FIFO we can sort out a flat rate depending on the swing type for bills 🙂
